Shipping & Return Policy

  1. Delivery
    • West Malaysia : 1-5 Workings days (except Saturday, Sunday & Holiday)
    • East Malaysia : 10-15 Workings days (except Saturday, Sunday & Holiday)

  2. Pre-order item delivery

    If you have ordered pre-order items with a launch date and requested for the item to be personalized, we will then reserve your total order until the launch date. Pre-ordered personalized items are non-returnable (please note that this does not affect your statutory rights). We cannot guarantee 24-hour delivery times on personalized items, we will endeavor to process your order ready for delivery to you on time however due to the extended processing time this is not always possible. The total order will be processed once the goods have been personalized.

  3. Goods Tracking
    • You can track the progress of your order using a unique tracking reference number. You can find your number in your order history.
    • Couriers will require a signature to ensure safe receipt of your goods.
    • The couriers will attempt re-delivery up to a maximum of three (3) times and if delivery is not successful after the third attempt they will return the goods to us and we will issue a refund. We reserve the right to re-charge the delivery cost for re-delivery.

Exchange & Refund Policy

  1. Exchange / Goods Returns
    • Buyer must inform within 14 days of the SHIPPED DATE of the product if return is desired. Buyer must get approval to returning a product.
    • For approved returning, the returned product must be in its original unopened condition. We will confirm with the buyer for the returning arrangement and buyer must ship the product back to us at his/her own cost.

    • Buyer must ship and return the product within 7 days after receiving the return confirmation.
    • Exchange will only be approved upon inspection and permission.

  2. Refund
    • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you (via email or WhatsApp) that we have received your returned item. We also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • If your return is approved, the refunds may take up to 3-5 business days to appear in your account.
